PAYMENTS
When an order is placed using our website you are creating an offer for the sale of the items in your basket, we retain the right to accept or decline such offer. Any payment made during this process is provisional and does not represent an acceptance of your order; we will refund any such payment if we decide to decline your offer.
Acceptance of your order is in effect from when your items are delivered or collected from us.
It is buyers responsibility to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions prior to purchasing from us.
Orders received before 11:30am will be processed the same working day.
Orders received after 11:30am will be processed the next working day.
REFUNDS
Heaven An Hell account holders can return any unopened, unused or unworn product with its packaging or tags intact to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
Refunds will be made by cheque or to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase, within 30 days of cancellation.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide us with details of the problem product. For perishable products, we will require the batch number and best before date of the item.
In exceptional circumstances we may agree to accept a return of an item that is not damaged or faulty. In this instance, it is up to the customer to return item at the cheapest cost, once the item is received and the goods returned are in a saleable condition we will then refund you the sale.
